RESPONSIBILITIES for QUALITY ENGINEER
Maintain the IATF 16949 Quality System, ensuring compliance across all relevant departments.
Plan and conduct internal audits (IATF, quality, and process) and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions for any non-conformities.

Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
Technically proficient, with strong IT skills including Microsoft Office 365 and working knowledge of web-based systems; experience with SAP quality modules is advantageous.
Skilled in problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa) analysis, etc.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including 5S, Standardised Work, Poka-Yoke, and Just-In-Time (JIT).
Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards and their practical application in a manufacturing environment.
