You will be ensuring optimum performance and safe operation of all Mould tools to assist in the efficient running of the plant whilst maintaining good housekeeping.

Salary £35,000 rising to £38,000 after probation
Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm

You must hold a time served apprenticeship in toolmaking, machining or engineering. Knowledge of injection moulding process is beneficial and being able to read technical drawings.
Other key duties and experience for the Tool Room Engineer role involve:
Carries out breakdown maintenance on all mould tools, jigs, fixtures etc.
Carries out preventative maintenance on all mould tools, jigs, fixtures etc.
Carries out projects associated with tools, tooling and/or manufacturing equipment as requested by the Tool Room Manager.
Provides shift cover in the Tool Room when required.
Attends college/training courses where applicable.
Ensures conformance to the Company Quality System procedures as documented.

Probe Technical are looking to recruit a full time and permanent Maintenance Electrician to join a busy fast paced manufacturing environment that supply to a range of industry sectors such as garden, home, catering, aerospace and automotive. You will be part of a Maintenance team of 6 working a double day shift pattern of 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm. This is an outstanding opportunity to join such a lovely business with an excellent Maintenance Manager.

You must hold a minimum Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical and training in 17th / 18th Edition IEE wiring regulations, or equivalent. You must be a multi-skilled engineer with Electrical bias with either Injection Moulding, packaging, print, FMCG, plastics or food experience.
Other key duties and experience for the Maintenance Electrician role involve:
Previous experience with Hydraulic drawings and pneumatics
Diagnose hydraulic valve or cylinder issues
Electrical fault-finding experience
When reactive job is allocated ensure that the task is personally owned and followed through to completion or when shift handover required the maintenance supervisor is given all the correct information.
Personally own any planned preventative tasks issued and liaise with operations to ensure task is completed to a high standard, with minimal operational disruption.

Area Sales Manager Candidate Requirements
Proven sales experience within either; Instrumentation, Flow Control, Valves, Pumps, Pneumatics or similar.
ONC in Electrical / Instrumentation (highly advantageous but not essential).
Degree in Engineering would be advantageous.
A clean driving license.
Has a good proven track record of field sales background.
Strong negotiating skills and capacity.
Ability and willingness to follow instructions of management and respond to requests from others in the team in a helpful manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Area Sales Manager Key Responsibilities
Manage the market share within allocated geographic areas, industries or accounts in the Midland’s region.
Develop and expand on a long-term basis certain nominated and parent company established Global accounts within the area of responsibility.
Continuous focus, action and target setting for developing new business and building new customer bases in the Northeast region.
Accountable for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s strategic plan.
Follow-up leads generated by marketing activities.
Implementation of the sales and marketing plans.
Assist in the reporting and forecasting functions monthly, as well as assisting in the reporting, controlling, forecasting, and managing of the allocated industries and accounts within the areas of responsibility.
Provide an Industry and product reporting package as determined by Company Management.

Probe Technical are looking to recruit a full time and permanent Purchasing Coordinator to join a very busy production facility near Banbury. This is a fast-paced role that needs high attention in the small team. You must be a motivated individual who will be able to direct and coordinate the purchase of a range of materials for the Company whilst ensuring that they are working in accordance with specifications, budgets and agreed quality standards.
The package details for the role of Procurement Coordinator include the below and further at interview:
Salary £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch, 35 hours per week

Along with 2 years Procurement experience ideally in a manufacturing environment; you will need excellent communication skills, with an ability to balance conflicting demands. Excellent time management with an ability to remain calm under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
Other key duties for the Purchasing Coordinator role involve:
Analyse the daily stock requirement report spreadsheet, placing the necessary purchase orders using Suppliers/Pricing Structures set up by the Buyers whilst maintaining safety stocks and not exceeding stock parameters or warehouse capacity
Monitor purchase orders to ensure that materials are confirmed, delivered on time, at the agreed price, within agreed specification and comply with the company’s quality standards.
Maintain regular contact with suppliers to resolve any problems to meet production requirements.
Maintain and update raw material ‘Goods In’ schedule for the Warehouse Department, keeping within daily and weekly delivery quotas and ensure regular communication to minimise any adverse factors that may lead to missed production schedules and transport deadlines.
Work with Accounts and Buyers to resolve invoice queries.
