You will be joining a highly successful manufacturer based just outside of Kidderminster as a Reliability Engineer to coordinate Reliability Centred Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis and Predictive Maintenance Techniques.

Duties of a Reliability Engineer:
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will identify and review failures, downtime and lost production and look to identify opportunities to improve reliability across this large manufacturing site.
You will conduct data analysis, quality tests and inspections to determine the reliability of assets.
You will work closely with planning/production and maintenance departments to contribute to and co-ordinate reliability projects and repair work.
This is a Days based position working Monday – Friday.
Requirements of a Reliability Engineer:
Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must be qualified to HNC or HND level in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and will be Multiskilled with an Electrical bias.
You will have proven experience in a Reliability or Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer role within a manufacturing environment, will have some understanding of PLC Controls, and will have worked with a Computerised Maintenance Management System.
You will also have a knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
