Terms & Conditions: (boring, but important to avoid any embarrassing situations

• You MUST seek the permission of the individuals prior to doing this as we will be contacting them and mentioning your referral by name so please, no embarrassing situations. 
• The candidate must not be already known by Probe UK Ltd.
• Where the candidate is introduced by more than one person we will operate on a first come first served basis.
• A payment of £250 will be made against any candidates registered against you, who is successfully employed by Probe. Payments will be made subject to the candidate remaining in employment for a minimum of 16 worked weeks.
• If you operate a Limited Company, payment will be made to your Company upon receipt of a valid invoice for 'Refer a Friend Scheme'.
• If you are PAYE staff, fee payments will be made direct to you personally. However you will have to formally email us requesting the reward. This email must carry your address so we can post the cheque to you.
• The scheme is only valid for six months for the date of the initial referral.
• Probe Technical Recruitment reserves the right to amend or change the conditions of the scheme without written notice.
• In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable reference checks, Probe Technical Recruitment's decision will be final.
• These terms are final and non-negotiable.
• If you receive a fee payment from Probe then it is your responsibility for the declaration of these fees to the Inland Revenue.
