Duties of the Progtramme Manager:
- Facilitate complete Project deliverables and APQP activities
- Responsibility to deliver a PSW P1/Note 3 and PSW P3/Note 1 for each part within the project.
- Work with the team and coordinate resolution of major project issues in a timely fashion.
- Assist the Key Account Manger to maintain budget of projects to ensure goals are met.
- Report project status to management, especially keeping management informed of major project issues.

- Assign responsibilities for Project and APQP actions.
- Coordinates activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Supporting to develop specifications within the project phase based on technical customer requirements
- Coordination of corrective actions and follow up
- Support of project related Product and process FMEA´s
- Support to determine product requirements and specifications for purchased parts (sub supplier)
- Maintenance of part specific validation plans for prototypes in agreement with customer relevant divisions
- Coordination of internal and external tests based on part specific validation plans
- Realizing internal process audits and coordination of customer process approvals in cooperation with plant divisions
- Coordination of PPAP in cooperation with production facilities.
- Coordination of corrective actions in regards of Project aspects (failure list out of cubing, car validation and development)
- Support by initiate work- and test - instructions in cooperation with serial production plants including serial control plans.
- Involvement in product and process validation or rework activity post volume production
- Visit customer facilities for involvement in problem resolution, quality issues, rework, new project meetings, etc. 20% Travel required.
Requirements of the Progtramme Manager:
- You will have gained your experience from within a high- volume manufacturing environment
- This is a true Programme Manager role, and you will have experience of overseeing the complete life cycle of a project
- You may be at Programme Engineer stage in your career, and are looking for that next step up in your career into Programme Management
- Excellent customer facing experience
- To have the ability to interpret CAD drawings

The main duty will be to manage the vehicles final stages of the build from equipment that is mounted to commercial chassis, pre delivery inspections, H&S testing to IVA test approval. Auto electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems fittings.
A suitable candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 4 years’ experience of working in a vehicle or commercial vehicle assembly environment.
- Exposure of fitting equipment and fabrications to chassis systems
- Inspection of post fittings and assembly work
- A good knowledge of vehicle electric, harness and Hydraulic / Pneumatic systems fitting.
- Good Team Management skills
