Duties of an CNC Maintenance Technician

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising our multi-axis CNC technology. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on our CNC systems.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues to minimise downtime.
• Conducting repairs and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.

Requirements of a CNC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Apprenticeship-trained ideally with both electrical and mechanical qualifications.
• Proven experience in maintaining multi axis CNC technology.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.

Field Sales Consultant – Mobility Products Salary and Benefits

• £30,000 - £35,000, dependant on experience
• Company car – fully kitted out with company products for demonstrations
• Commission – uncapped (average pay out is £1,000+ per month)
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• 23 days holiday, increasing with service, plus statutory

• Target driven individual with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills coupled with a good technical understanding.
• First-class attention to detail is a prerequisite for the role.
• IT literate and competent in using the MS Office Suite.
• Skilled at building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and dealers alike.
• Possess a logical approach to problem solving.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Regular travel and some over-night stays are required for this role.

• The Field Sales Consultant – Mobility Products will identify and fully understand the customer needs.
• Able to demonstrate all products offered by the Company.
• Work with the Head of Business Development to identify and implement opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the Central Sales Team to assist in the development of both existing and new partners and partner groups.
• Be able to match the right products to meet the needs of the customer.
• Complete all paperwork and CRM.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of all products and services on offer, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Attend shows, exhibitions and group development meetings.
