As Service Engineer you will support with the ongoing servicing and maintenance of the product which is very key to the safety. Utilising the clients in house systems to meet customer expectations you will be responsible for carrying out on-site servicing in line with company standards. 

This is a Monday – Friday role 9am – 5pm with benefits including:

The ideal Service Engineer must have:

• A full clean driving licence.
• Be flexible and willing to travel at short notice as appropriate and have an ability to perform under pressure

Key Duties:

• Planned and reactive on-site servicing using company checklists in line with company procedures. 
• Installation and maintenance of company products on customer sites. 
• Generating and validating leads from service visits for the business development team to follow up. 
• Working with the quality assurance team to address on-site issues. 
• Attend regular service meetings via teams and head office. 
• Planning and booking of servicing work utilising our service planning system to meet customer expectation and servicing dates.
• Utilising customer servicing and facilities management systems to ensure compliance of servicing documentation.
• The role of Service Engineer is commutable from Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and North London. There may be some national travel. 

I am looking to recruit a full time and permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join an experienced and dedicated Engineering Team near Banbury on days Monday – Friday. The package details for the role of Maintenance Supervisor include:

• Salary up to £58,000 depending on experience.
• 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday days 
• Pension is 3% paid via salary sacrifice, saving you tax and NI contributions.
• Annual Salary Reviews – an annual pay review is conducted every January.
• Holiday – 23 days plus bank holidays, rising to 25 plus bank holidays after 5 years’ service.

This role is to support the site Engineering Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating, co-ordinating, and assessing all shift Engineering work tasks to ensure that maximum value. They will supervise the Engineering team and will also provide relief legal duty holder cover for the Engineering Manager.

Desirable Skills involve:

• High volume manufacturing experience to include continuous processes and batch processes
• Significant experience of working with a maintenance background
• Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Planned maintenance systems and procedures development experience
• Well-developed and well-rounded management and leadership skills, being a true team player
• Proven continuous improvement skills
• Apprentice trained Electrical Engineer with Mechanical & Electronic / PLC skills
• 17th / 18th Edition qualification
