Duties of a Facilities Project Manager
Working alongside the Maintenance Manager, you will be required to plan and manage key projects for the business, this could be as simple as machine guard modifications through to multi million pound plant extensions.
Requirements of a Facilities Project Manager
You must have a background in project managing civils and plant based projects within either a manufacturing or production environment. Have direct experience of managing contractors, checking RAMS, issuing permits and have a comprehensive understanding of CDM regulations, alongside ideally having a good understanding of CAD.

The ideal candidate would have manual and CNC machining experience.
A minimum of five years’ experience working in a precision machining environment.
Good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Making one-offs and small batches of complex precision machined components from various aerospace grade materials.

Setting and Operating Manual/CNC Mills and Lathes using Fanuc controls.
Writing CNC programs using AlphaCam and/or CAD/CAM post processors
