DUTIES OF MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Control modifications of products
Design, develop and source tooling, handling, and fixtures
Analysis of OEE Downtime and implementation of corrective actions
New Product Introduction – design, development, routing, ISIR, PPAP and Tooling requirements
Methos improvement
Specification and development of consumables
Plan and co-ordinate equipment movements and layouts
Identify areas for cost savings
Installation of new and existing plant

REQUIREMENTS OF MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Degree / HNC in Engineering
Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience
Ideally, gained from within a high-volume manufacturing background
