Duties of a Contract Instrumentation Technician 

• As a Contract Instrumentation Technician, you will be required to support our team of instrumentation technicians who calibrate and maintain our wide range of instrumentation equipment that is utilised in the monitoring of pressure, flow, temperature and Ph values. 
• The role is hands on but will require you to have experience of supporting junior technicians, maintaining equipment registers and planning projects from conception to final hand over. 

Requirements of a Contract Instrumentation Technician

• Ideally you will have gained your Instrumentation experience of supporting instruments within a heavy engineering or process environment and must have some experience of supporting staff. 
• You ideally you will be apprentice trained, however must qualified to a City & Guilds Part C / NVQ 3 standard within either pure Instrumentation or E&I disciplines.

Health and Safety Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with the update of the Health and Safety systems
• Implementing and maintaining effective Health and Safety protocols
• Develop and update updated Health and Safety policies
• Ensure all Health and Safety records and documentation are uptodate and accurate
• Provide Health and Safety guidance
• Regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
• Conduct Health and Safety training sessions for employees
• Keep abreast of legislation and industry standards

Health and Safety Coordinator Requirements:

• Proven experience of Health and Safety management from within a manufacturing or engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• NEBOSH or similar certification in Health and Safety
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
   

We are seeking to recruit a number of multi skilled maintenance contractors to support our plant with a key project.  

You will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance tasks to our wide range of production machinery that will require you to hold good multi skilled abilities.

linked to your multi skilled abilities you must also hold some exposure to supporting Plc controls and robotic applications. 

Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must hold formal qualifications electrically or mechanically to a City & Guilds or NVQ standard, having gained your maintenance experience within a fast moving manufacturing or production environment.
