Maintenance Electrician Role Description
- In the role of Maintenance Electrician, you will be carrying out reactive and preventative Electrical maintenance on plant and equipment including CNC machinery.
- You will also be involved in continuous improvements and PPMs.
- You will be joining an existing team working rotating 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm shifts Monday – Friday
Maintenance Electrician Skills and Qualifications
- To be considered for the role of Maintenance Electrician you will need to hold an Electrical Engineering qualification and will ideally be apprentice trained. You will also ideally hold 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- This position requires you to have experience of Electrical Maintenance in a manufacturing or production environment and you will ideally have experience of fault finding on PLC controls. Experience of CNC machinery would also be of benefit.
- I would be keen to talk with Engineers who hold previous experience within similar roles such as Electrical Engineers or Multi skilled Maintenance Engineers who hold an Electrical bias.

Duties of the QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST:
- Carry out analysis, of raw material and samples at all stages of process, both routine and non-routine, to standard operating procedures.
- Carry out analysis, to aid in the development and improvement of, plant process and Quality Control standard operating procedures
- Operate, calibrate and check analytical equipment, observing good laboratory practice
- Under supervision of the Quality Control Manager, carryout the investigation of equipment and material failures.
- Maintain samples of material for correct storage, in designated areas and keep the store areas in good order, noting material shelf life.
- Maintain reagent and equipment stock levels and ensure reagents are within expiry dates
