Duties of an Maintenance Technician
As a proven Maintenance Technician, you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing, process or production environment.

Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must be qualified Electrically and have (as a minimum) fault finding abilities with Plc Controls and ideally Robot technology.
You must also be multi skilled in your abilities, having gained your Maintenance experience from supporting plant and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing, process or production environment.

Duties of a Junior Maintenance Technician
As a proven Engineer, you will be required to operate our complex production plant, alongside undertaking preventive and first line maintenance activities.
Requirements of a Junior Maintenance Technician
You must have experience of operating complex production equipment where you have undertaken basic maintenance checks.
OR
Have recently completed your Maintenance Apprenticeship and keen to develop your maintenance skills further within a new engineering arena.

The ideal candidate would have manual and CNC machining experience.
A minimum of five years’ experience working in a precision machining environment.
Good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Making one-offs and small batches of complex precision machined components from various aerospace grade materials.
Accurately inspecting and measuring components using various inspection equipment including, but not limited to, Micrometers, Verniers and Plug Gauges.
Setting and Operating Manual/CNC Mills and Lathes using Fanuc controls.
Writing CNC programs using AlphaCam and/or CAD/CAM post processors
