This is an important position within the R&D team, the Electronics Engineer will be key in driving the development of new audio products from initial design, through to production and post-production maintenance.

Electronics Engineer Candidate Requirements
Degree qualified in Audio Electronics / Electronics Engineering or similar engineering subject.
2+ years’ commercial experience in electronic design, ideally in audio electronics.
Audio experience working with ADC/DAC (Analogue/Digital Converters) and associated components, Op-amps etc.
High speed digital electronics experience, working with microcontrollers, DSPs etc.
PCB layout experience.
You must be a Guitar player.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
The Electronics Engineer will be assisting with the design, input and modification of digital & analogue electronic schematics, with guidance from the Chief Engineer and wider team.
Undertaking the building and testing of electronic prototypes.
Advising and assisting with the sourcing of components for prototype production and testing.
Writing and performing new audio product tests, recording and presenting results.
Setting up test environments.
Brainstorming new product ideas and technical requirements/ specifications. Communicating with UK and overseas teams on project-specific topics.
The Electronics Engineer will be assisting other day-to day technical activities of the R&D department. Possible, infrequent overseas travel as required - this is not essential, however can be an exciting opportunity for an engineer to broaden their knowledge and experience

Internal Sales Engineer Duties:
Take enquiries from Customers on the telephone or email all day
Help customers with any product enquiries
Assist the Internal Sales Team Leader if asked
Perform general administrative duties
Process order and complete order paperwork on time
Familiarize yourself with the company’s product list
Have a close relationship with the customer and update them throughout the order process
Keep track of the company’s targets
Internal Sales Engineer Requirements:
German speaking would be ideal but is not essential
Strong level of Maths skills
Able to deliver excellent customer service
Achieved grade A-C in Maths and English GCSE’S
Hold either a ONC, HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
Technical Manufacturing experience
Strong commercial acumen

Chartered Structural Engineer with membership of the IStructE
5 plus years UK work experience.
Experienced with multi-disciplinary consultancy detailed design work on complex engineering projects in residential, commercial and industrial sectors both for new build and modification. Design skills in a wide range of materials which must include a good design knowledge of concrete, masonry and steel.
Experienced with following good quality assurance practices including a good understanding of all relevant health and safety implications of design work.
Ability to train and mentor junior engineering staff.
Ideally, you will have MIStructE with 4 years post Chartership experience.
The business currently utilises Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla TEDDS, SCIA, IDEA Statica & 3D Max.
