Quality Manager Duties:

  • Collaboration with Production Team: Work closely with the Production team to identify and eliminate internal quality defects, ensuring a seamless and efficient manufacturing process.
  • Quality Procedure Audits: Conduct regular audits of our Quality Procedures to ensure strict adherence to established standards and protocols, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Supplier and Sub-contractor Support: Provide support to teams responsible for inspecting incoming products from suppliers and sub-contractors. Monitor product quality and take necessary remedial actions when deviations from quality standards are identified.
  • Quality Clinics Management: Create and manage weekly quality clinics, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop comprehensive inspection documentation that spans across the entire factory, ensuring thorough quality checks at every stage.
  • Collaboration with Customer Experience Department: Work closely with our Customer Experience Department to handle customer rejections, analysing root causes, and implementing corrective measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Product Development Procedures: Contribute to the creation and development of robust product development procedures, ensuring innovation and quality go hand-in-hand.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and deliver insightful reports to stakeholders, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing a clear overview of the organization's quality metrics and progress.

Quality Manager Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Quality Management within a manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting internal audits to maintain and enhance quality standards

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering/technical drawings, ensuring precision in manufacturing processes.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer on a Continental shift of 4 nights 4 off, for a very well-known company within the food industry.

Your role as Maintenance Engineer will be to ensure plant and equipment downtime is kept to a minimum and building upkeep is maximised through efficient response times, continuous improvements, data acquisition and analysis.

Maintenance Engineer Benefits:

Required Abilities and Experience

  • Ideally you will have had previous experience in the vehicle adaptation, modification business and a good idea how the Motability scheme works.

Field Product Demonstrator Salary and Benefits

  • £30,000 - £35,000, dependant on experience

  • Target driven individual with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills coupled with a good technical understanding.
  • First-class attention to detail is a prerequisite for the role.
  • IT literate and competent in using the MS Office Suite.

  • Valid UK driving licence.
