This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager who has strong experience in the Component Manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate MUST have previous experience as a Business Development Manager or have worked in another senior Sales position. DUTIES:
- As Business Development Manager you will be expected to expand and discover new clients along with Identifying and supporting new business opportunities
- Creating, negotiating, and closing profitable new business deals and commercial agreements at most senior levels
- Preparing and presenting Business Opportunities to the CEO / Senior Management / Board outlining including strategic fit, financial data, profitability, and potential for future account growth
- Maintain and manage current accounts, meeting regularly with relevant customer personnel, spanning all functions/positions through to Senior level, ensuring the customer feels well-supported
- Establish, negotiate and update selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a dynamic, fast-paced individual with background and proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
- Experience within a 1st or 2nd Tier supplier in the Automotive industry is a must
- An engineering background and understanding of CNC Machining, processes and tools would be an advantage

- Inspect and assess the environment, equipment, and processes
- Responsibility for implementing the safety and environmental culture and maintain ISO 14001:2015 on all 3 sites
- You will be the main point of contact for all the authorities and legal agencies
- Establish new contract with subcontractors for environmental issues, (GHG/CO2 emissions, measurements, waste management)
