Duties of a Facilities Project Manager 

  • Working alongside the Maintenance Manager, you will be required to plan and manage key projects for the business, this could be as simple as machine guard modifications through to multi million pound plant extensions.

Requirements of a Facilities Project Manager

  • You must have a background in project managing civils and plant based projects within either a manufacturing or production environment. Have direct experience of managing contractors, checking RAMS, issuing permits and have a comprehensive understanding of CDM regulations, alongside ideally having a good understanding of CAD.

  • You must be qualified Mechanically and hold a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer ability having gained your experience of supporting plant within a heavy engineering environment such as chemical processing, oil refineries, quarrying, recycling, power generation, steel works or within a heavy plant overhaul support organisation. 
  • Holding experience with Heavy conveyor systems, Separators, Granulators and blenders, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Gearboxes. 
  • Ideally you will be Apprentice trained holding a formal qualification with Engineering. 
  • Proven experience within a similar role

CNC Miller / Turner Benefits and Hours

CNC Miller / Turner Candidate Requirements

  • The ideal candidate would have manual and CNC machining experience.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience working in a precision machining environment.
  • Good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and engineering drawings.
  • Ability to produce complex components to drawing tolerance and specifications, efficiently and accurately.
  • Adherence to quality standards.
  • Possessing an enthusiastic can-do attitude with an eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Making one-offs and small batches of complex precision machined components from various aerospace grade materials.
  • Accurately inspecting and measuring components using various inspection equipment including, but not limited to, Micrometers, Verniers and Plug Gauges.
  • Setting and Operating Manual/CNC Mills and Lathes using Fanuc controls.
  • Writing CNC programs using AlphaCam and/or CAD/CAM post processors.

Sales Operations Manager Person Specification

  • If you are someone who plays guitar or another musical instrument, this will be highly advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A passion for numbers, especially sales/data analytics and the ability to present insights which lead to profitable activity.

Sales Operations Manager Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Collect, track, analyse, and communicate key sales data, including monthly ‘Global Stock and Sell-Through’ dashboards and reporting.
  • Ensure current sales processes are being followed according to our Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Propose and support the implementation of new sales systems, processes and reporting.
  • Work with the sales team and global distribution customers to execute the sales plan.

  • A good practical awareness of lean manufacturing and understanding 5S activities
