Telesales Team Leader Salary and Benefits

Telesales Team Leader Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Support to the Head of Business Development and the field team
  • Lead the internal teams to meet and exceed targets, setting clear targets and performance expectations
  • Support and assist the inbound central enquiry, live chat and online product demonstration teams
  • Support recruitment, training and development of the team
  • Conduct the full performance management cycle
  • Set and track sales targets in conjunction with the business objectives
  • Monitor sales procedures and ensure records are comprehensively administered
  • Pro-actively communicate sales enquiry opportunities to the Head of Business Development

Senior Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development in building and executing a clearly defined route to market strategy and segment growth for the business, providing training and events as required
  • Lead by example to meet and exceed performance expectations and targets 
  • Grow and develop assigned existing client relationships, taking ownership of account & quarterly review process with the Head of Business, developing and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets providing weekly/monthly sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights

After another great growth year for the company in the way of orders and project requests, and this upturn is now requiring a new Design Manager to join the company and assist in the demand for new projects to be designed.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Qualified to HND / Degree level in an engineering discipline, ideally Mechanical or Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will take ownership of Design Projects from start to finish. 
  • Management of all design activities from concept through to production validation.
  • The robust design of products in accordance with the department procedures. 
  • Investigating design factors such as function, materials, performance, interchangeability, cost, operational efficiency. 
  • Preparation of Project Engineering data for new product assemblies and components, e.g. 3D / 2D Drawings, BOM's, Technical Specifications. 
  • Customer technical liaison on new projects, ensuring that the designs meet the customer's requirements and often exceed their expectations and remain competitive to achieve sales growth and increase market share.

This is a superb opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a small Maintenance team. This is hands-on role, working both independently and within the site Maintenance Team. Engineering maintenance and servicing of site equipment work will involve air handling equipment, compressors, large ovens, ventilation systems, motors, burners, hydraulic presses and cutting systems.

As a Maintenance Electrician you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our facility that will require you to hold a strong electrical background, however you ideally must possess a good grounding in the plastics sector within blow, extrusion, or injection moulding process. Maintenance Electricians with robot exposure with high-speed robot machines are at a distinct advantage.
