Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
Ensure compliance to QS 9000 / TS16949
Problem-solving and corrective actions for customer complaints
FMEA’s in conjunction with APQP activities
Develop and maintain SPC
Customer and Supplier visits
Manage process audits
Containment issues
Support NPI related activities
REQUIREMENTS OF QUALITY ENGINEER
It is essential you have Quality Engineering experience from within an manufacturing environment
Strong use of Quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, APQP and Control Plans
Suppler and Customer liaison experience
Strong problem-solving skills
A results’ orientated approach

Materials Handler Key Responsibilities
Parts should be stored in a safe and suitable location.
Eensure material flow is maintained to support Production.
Accurate picking of goods for manufacturing, 3rd party suppliers and spares is a necessity in a timely manner, if requested.
Offloading and loading of vehicles both manually and with a F.L.T.
Housekeeping to be carried out daily, within stores and surrounding areas.
Good communication at all levels is required. i.e. Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warranty, Quality etc.
Work safely to Company’s Health & Safety guidelines, whilst being customer focused.
Support Continuous Improvement activities.
