We are looking for a dynamic person who has good engineering background to work in a friendly environment as part of a small team, excellent working conditions and stable permanent employment.

The package details for the role of Machine Shop Foreman includes:

  • Salary £35,000 depending on experience 
  • 8 Hour days Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.

  • Machining CNC milling/lather experience on medium large components is required ideally using XYZ machine tools, although training can be offered. Other CNC interfaces will be considered. 
  • Organising workflow and ensuring work is completed promptly
  • Helping manage daily operations, and making important decisions such as managing resources, workflows, and quality control to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards.
  • Experience of fabrication/fitting would be an advantage.

Duties of an Maintenance Technician 

As a proven Maintenance Technician you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, that will see you supporting state of the art automated production equipment.
