Role Function 

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will play a key part in improving and maintaining the company manufacturing processes, making them safer, more efficient, and consistent. Whether it’s rolling out new systems, supporting product launches, or driving continuous improvement, you’ll be the go-to person for process excellence.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement Engineer role or similar
  • Experience within a pressing, sheet metal or fabrication environment would be advantageous
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Can-do attitude, flexibility and adaptability
  • Solid understanding of Lean tools and ISO 9001 quality standards
  • Confident using CAD and reading technical drawings

Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer Candidate Requirements

  • BEng/MEng in Mechanical Engineering or similar.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven Head of Operations / Operations Director experience within Manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setting up and operating mechanical and/or hydraulic presses like a pro
  • Swapping out tools with the grace and speed of a pit crew
  • Reading technical drawings – no, it’s not a secret language, but it helps if it feels like one
  • Tweaking, adjusting, and fine-tuning until everything’s just right
  • Performing checks and routine maintenance (bonus points if you can do it without losing a single bolt)

Duties of Environmental Officer

  • Develop, implement, and maintain our Environmental management systems to uphold compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, risks, and non-conformities, and proactively develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all employees are well-trained and equipped to work safely.
  • Implementation and Maintenance of ISO 14001 and BS:OHSAS 45001- Occupational Heath, Safety Management System
