Key Responsibilities for a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator:

• Interpret engineering drawings to manufacture parts for various industries.
• Program and operate CNC machining centres, turning centres, and ideally a 9-axis Mori Seiki mill turn. (5 axis experience required, will be able to operate 9 axis from this) 
• Work with Siemens, Mazatrol, and Fanuc controllers.
• Collaborate with a small team to meet production demands and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities as the company grows.

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Machinist, with a focus on CNC programming and operation.
• Familiarity with Siemens, Mazatrol, and Fanuc controllers or similar. 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Good work ethics, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

This role is commutable from: Telford, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Newport, Wolverhampton
