A great temp to perm opportunity is available for an Electrician who is particularly interested in installation work. The company is a leader in a wide range of biomass solutions for the industrial and commercial industry.
My client is looking for an Electrician to join them who will be traveling to various customer locations across the UK installing Biomass boilers. With a company van, fuel car and paid accommodation including food and drink, my client will truly give you everything you need to get the job done. If this sounds like you, please read on.
Electrician Benefits:
Full time contracted moving to permanent after 3 Month probationary period.
£16 Per Hour. Overtime paid at Time + half after 2PM, OTE earnings £45,000 - £50,000. (This will be reviewed after first 3 months)
40-week, Overtime paid at Time + half.
28 days holiday – including bank holidays.
3% company pension scheme.
Company van + Fuel card
All accommodation paid for by company including food & drink while working away.
Working week Mon – Fri
6AM – 2PM working hours
Electrician Duties:
Travel to customer locations and completing installation tasks in a timely manner.
Electrician Requirements:
Someone with previous installation experience.
Electrically trained.
18th edition BS7671
Full UK Driving License
Willing to travel regularly across the UK.
This Electrician position is commutable from: Northamptonshire, Rugby, Kettering, Milton Keynes, Beford and surrounding areas.

A technical Degree ideally, anything Software based or similar would stand out.
Minimum 5 years’ experience within a commercial software environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, building relationships with people at all levels.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, with experience of Agile Scrum/Sprint planning principles.
Strong People Management skills with proven experience as a formal Line Manager.
Experience with project ownership and coordination, from conception to completion.
Methodical, with a structured approach.
Ability to manage working time effectively and prioritise assignments appropriately.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, committed and dependable.
Software Development Leader Key Responsibilities
Line management of the Software Team, with responsibility for efficiency and output.
Managing the successful development of scalable firmware and software using a structured, process-driven approach.
Plan the detailed Software Team workload and regularly communicate the milestone progress to the Project Lead, Programme Manager and Stakeholders.
Maintain best practices within the Software Team, ensuring technical journals, essential research and company QMS process are followed.
Leadership and administration of the Sprint process for the Software Team.
Support the delivery of product firmware and software within the Software Team, from an initial design brief through to full production, encompassing the testing and verification of the design.
Assisting with project planning, scoping and problem-solving.
