Probe Technical Recruitment is looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician on behalf of a leading manufacturing company with over 70 Manufacturing plants globally. The role of Maintenance Electrician will be very varied where you will undertake planned and preventative Maintenance of the manufacturing equipment. You will also be responsible for site services and facility as well as new installation work. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a highly protected billion-pound organisation. 

The shifts are 6am – 1.15pm / 1.15pm – 9pm double days.

Along with an NVQ Level 3/ HNC/ City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering, the ideal Maintenance Electrician must come from a manufacturing or packaging environment and 18th edition is desirable.

  • AC/DC and servo drives

  • Using CAD/CAM software to create engineering drawings and programs
  • Set and programme CNC Milling machines (MAZAK and XYZ)
  • Utilising existing tooling and fixtures
