Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of production and plant equipment
• Diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution to reduce downtime
• Work with Plc controlled machinery and robotic systems
• Collaborate with production to support safe and efficient operations

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally you will have completed a mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or multi skilled apprenticeship 
• Have experience of supporting plant and equipment within a manufacturing, production or process environment
• Knowledge of Plc Controls (Siemens, Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley)
• Familiarity with robots (ABB, Kuka, Kawasaki or Motoman)
• A proactive, hands on technician who enjoys problem solving

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, your core duties will include:

• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Supporting automated production and process machinery
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
• Ensuring machinery is running at optimal efficiency to minimise downtime
• Working within a team environment and collaborating with other departments

Role Function 

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will play a key part in improving and maintaining the company manufacturing processes, making them safer, more efficient, and consistent. Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement Engineer role or similar
• Experience within a pressing, sheet metal or fabrication environment would be advantageous
