Key Roles & Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor:
- Lead and support a range of production employees for your shift.
- Ensure Production is running in line with targets and requirements.
- Ensure records and processes are compliant.
- Manage team performance and drive improvements.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and H&S
Skills & experience required for the Production Supervisor:
- Applicants will ideally hold an Engineering/Production qualification
- Successful candidates will have experience of supervising or leading production operative teams within manufacturing / assembly environment.
- Self-sufficient, self-starter, you will hold strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to lead by example and experience.
The role is commutable from Banbury, Bicester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford and surrounding areas.
