Duties of a Maintenance Supervisor:
Working within a team of likeminded professionals, you will be required to lead a multi-disciplined team of engineers ensuring that preventive maintenance tasks are undertaken to schedule and that breakdowns are managed effectively to ensure minimal description to production.
Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor:
You must hold a documented apprenticeship and be qualified to a minimum of City & Guilds / NVQ 3 within either an electrical or mechanical discipline and have previous experience of managing or leading a maintenance team within a fast-paced manufacturing, production or process environment. Although this post is a senior role, it will still require you to have up to date “hands on” maintenance experience that will ideally include experience of supporting Plc Controls and Robot technology.

You will ideally hold an Engineering degree with a specialisation in Quality.
Successful candidates will hold SQA experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment, ideally within automotive supply.

DUTIES OF THE CNC MACHINIST
This is an integral role where you will program, set and operate CNC Lathes / Mills
You will read and interpret from engineering drawings to enable programming, setting and manufacture.
Create layout sheets to document tooling, tools, set ups and machine parameters.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CNC MACHINIST
Experience in programming and operating 3, 4, & 5 axis CNC machines CMM programmes and will ideally hold a time served apprecticeship.
Good Knowledge of and experience with Fanuc (ISO) or Heidenhain controls
Previous experience of large machining.
