DUTIES

  • Lead PMPs from concept through to commissioning, ensuring all necessary hazard assessments and HAZOP studies are completed.
  • Define the scope and depth of hazard assessments, perform engineering calculations, develop testing programmes, and revise designs based on findings.

  • You must be able to demonstrate Significant industrial experience in a relevant field, such as Chemical manufacturing
  • Development and optimisation of chemical processes.
  • Hands-on plant commissioning and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with DSEAR methodology and implementation.

Manufacturing Engineer Role Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer will define, develop & implement equipment, processes and standards of working for application within the production environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or similar qualification.

  • Hands on experience in use and application of PFMEA, Control Plan and Process Flow tools.

The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the Fabrication, Welding, Machine shop and Paint shop teams to ensure the efficient manufacturing of quality products, playing a crucial role in driving performance improvements and ensuring targets are met.
