Senior  Maintenance Technician Duties:

  • As a proven Maintenance Technician, you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing, process or production environment.  

Senior Maintenance Technician Requirements:

  • Ideally you will be apprentice trained and ideally be qualified Electrically and have (as a minimum) fault finding abilities with Plc Controls and exposure to Robot technology.  
  • However mechanically qualified and suitably skilled engineers will also be considered. 
  • You must also be multi skilled in your abilities, having gained your Maintenance experience from supporting plant and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing, process or production environment.

Quality Manager Duties:

  • Collaboration with Production Team: Work closely with the Production team to identify and eliminate internal quality defects, ensuring a seamless and efficient manufacturing process.
  • Quality Procedure Audits: Conduct regular audits of our Quality Procedures to ensure strict adherence to established standards and protocols, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Supplier and Sub-contractor Support: Provide support to teams responsible for inspecting incoming products from suppliers and sub-contractors. Monitor product quality and take necessary remedial actions when deviations from quality standards are identified.
  • Quality Clinics Management: Create and manage weekly quality clinics, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop comprehensive inspection documentation that spans across the entire factory, ensuring thorough quality checks at every stage.
  • Collaboration with Customer Experience Department: Work closely with our Customer Experience Department to handle customer rejections, analysing root causes, and implementing corrective measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
