Quality Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the re-qualification process for ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with the Production team, to identify and eliminate internal quality defects, ensuring a streamlined manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular audits of our Quality Procedures to guarantee strict adherence to established standard and protocols.
- Provide support to the teams responsible for inspecting incoming products from suppliers and sub-contractors
- Monitor the quality of these products and implement necessary remedial actions when deviations from quality standards are identified
Quality Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing Quality from within a manufacturing environment
- To have previously conducted internal audits
- A natural leader, who can motivate and lead
- To have the ability to read engineering drawings.
- Computer literate
- A true Team Player, someone who genuinely wants to help and develop people around you.
- A strong problem solver
