We are seeking to recruit a Metrology Engineer, who has experience with CMM from within a manufacturing environment.

Metrology Engineer Duties:

• Provide specialist metrology services
• Ensure all Metrology activities are planned and complete
• Ensure a high standard of accuracy and precision
• Problem-solving
• Inspection of Supplier parts to ensure they are compliant with design and drawing specifications
• Provide specialist measurement support including designing measurement strategies and specialist measurement programs to the shopfloor
• Ensure associates are trained and coached

Metrology Engineer Requirements:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent e.g., HNC.
• IT literate
• Experience of measuring equipment processes and equipment
• If you gained your experience from within a manufacturing environment, this would be highly advantageous.
• Capable of statistical analysis
