Location: Commutable from Aldridge, Brownhills, Cheslyn Hay, Great Wyrley, Hednesford, Lichfield, Shenstone & Tamworth

• Salary: £39,000 + Excellent Benefits
• Hours: Day Shift | Early Friday Finish

We are a well established and respected manufacturing company with a strong reputation for employee retention and workplace support. Due to retirement, we are now recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

• As a Maintenance Technician, your core duties will include:
• Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on electrical and mechanical systems
• Supporting production and process equipment across the plant
• Minimising downtime and improving overall equipment efficiency (OEE)

What We're Looking For:

• Electrically qualified (Apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Multi skilled with both electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Exposure to PLC fault finding and automation systems preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, processing, or production environment
