Due to retirement, an opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a nationwide FMCG company in Stoke-on-Trent.
This position would be perfect but not essential for an electrically biassed Maintenance Engineer who has experience within a food manufacturing environment. My client boasts very low attrition rates and are keen on training and developing their engineer’s skills.
Maintenance Engineer Benefits:

Shift cover rates (+£85 per shift).

Maintenance Engineer Duties include:
Continental shift 2 days – 2 nights.
Planned and reactive maintenance.
Improving and maintaining production equipment.
Updating CMMS.
Fault diagnostic and repair.
Continuous improvement projects.
Maintenance Engineer Requirements include:
Recognised electrical qualifications.
Electrical fault finding.
Must be able to interpret electrical drawings.
PLC knowledge (advantageous).
Food /FMCG experience (advantageous).
Willingness to learn new skills.
