HR Advisor

My client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to provide a generalist HR support function for its Birmingham site. The HR Advisor will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources on a daily basis.

  • HND or equivalent
  • Experience in a Quality Department
  • Be familiar with principles and practices (SPC, FMEA, Poke Yoke, MSA, Control Plans, Process Auditing, Problem solving techniques etc)
  • Knowledge of heat treatment and hardness testing
  • Knowledge of ISO9000
  • Experience of internal audits to ISO9000, QS9000 or TS16949
