In the role of Maintenance Engineer, you will be joining an existing maintenance team to undertake planned and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery.

Duties:

  • As a Maintenance Engineer you will be joining an existing Maintenance Engineering team maintaining all plant machinery including both proactive planned maintenance and reactive breakdown repair. 
  • You will be working alternating shifts 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm Monday – Friday + regular Sat paid overtime.

Requirements:

  • To be considered for this Maintenance Engineer role you will need to hold a relevant qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ level 3.
  • In addition, you will need to have experience of maintaining plant machinery in a Food or Manufacturing environment.
  • You will ideally be multiskilled, however candidates with either Electrical or Mechanical bias will be considered, and I would be keen to speak with Multiskilled Engineers, Electrical or Mechanical Engineers.

This position is based in Welshpool, Powys and is commutable from Shrewsbury and the surrounding area.
