What We Need From You as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Electrical qualifications: City & Guilds, or NVQ – basically, proof you know which end of the wire not to touch.
• Preferably apprentice trained, but we won’t grill you.
• Multi-skilled? Even better – the more tools in your belt (literally or metaphorically), the better.
• Experience in heavy engineering, manufacturing, production or process environments – i.e., you know what a factory sounds like.Problem solving skills – not just "turn it off and on again" (though let’s be honest, that works a lot).

• Sets up and operates fabricating machines, such as press brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses.

• Bends and straighten metal by hammering, chipping and grinding it. We are looking for a Time served Welder & Fabricator.
