Program Manager Duties:
- Lead product development programs
- Bring programs to successful conclusions with all targets met i.e, timing and quality
- Ensure project master plan is developed and reviewed
- Define necessary resources to meet targets
- Ensure customer specifications, (milestones, quality, packaging) are met
- That the program financial indicators are managed
- Ensure technical changes are executed

Environmental Health & Safety Officer Duties:
- Day-to-day tasks relating to Environmental Health and Safety.
- Promote an environmental, health and safety awareness / culture to fully achieve compliance with legalization and the strategic direction of the company,
- Ensure the MME’s rules, policies and procedures are compliant with current Environmental, H&S legislation,
- Ensure that an Environmental Management System is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001.
- Liaise with the Company’s insurers regarding any personal injury claims and provide all required data to them regarding each claim.
- Ensure COSHH Data Sheets and risk assessments are in place and kept up to date.
- Develop and implement a Health & Safety system, to a framework aligned to ISO45001
Environmental Health & Safety Officer Requirements:
- Proven experience in Environmental, Health and Safety in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’S (or equivalent) at Grade C and above to include Maths and English.
- IOSH / NEBOSH Qualification (General, Environmental and Fire).
- Knowledge and experience of implementing, auditing and maintaining a QMS ISO 14001 system preferred.
