Duties of a Site Electrician 

Working rotating shifts and as a proven Multi Skilled Site Electrician you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance to a wide range of equipment which can range from Air Handling Units through to large pieces of Electrical plant.  

Requirements of a Site Electrician 

  • Have a proven background in undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to a range of site services equipment.  
  • Have experience of supporting emergency back up generation plant 
  • Have experience of supporting a wide range of lighting and power (Ideally both LV & HV)
  • Qualified Electrically to City & Guilds or NVQ level 3
  • If you have undertaken a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship and / or hold JIB or AM2 accreditation it will be at an advantage.

I am looking to recruit a full time and permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join an experienced and dedicated Engineering Team near Banbury on days Monday – Friday. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to utilise their engineering and supervisory skills. This role would suit someone ambitious and ready to take the next step in their career.

The package details for the role of Maintenance Supervisor include:

  • Salary up to £58,000 depending on experience.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday days 
  • Pension is 3% paid via salary sacrifice, saving you tax and NI contributions.
  • Annual Salary Reviews – an annual pay review is conducted every January.
  • Holiday – 23 days plus bank holidays, rising to 25 plus bank holidays after 5 years’ service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating, co-ordinating, and assessing all shift Engineering work tasks to ensure that maximum value. They will supervise the Engineering team and will also provide relief legal duty holder cover for the Engineering Manager.
