  • Planning and allocation of resource within their team to meet company goals and deadlines
  • Be the electronics technical lead for the company
  • Implementing tools and processes for the efficient running of the team and department
  • Design and maintenance of hardware and embedded software for use in the company’s products
  • Layout and tracking of PCB designs
  • Prototyping and testing of designs and products
  • Assessment and documentation of products against specifications and standards

Senior Electronic Engineer Requirements 

  • Degree or similar qualification in Electronics Engineering or comparable subject (Essential)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in electronics design (Essential)
  • Experience in electronics hardware design, development, and testing, including schematic design and PCB layout (Essential)
  • Experience in embedded firmware design, development, and testing (Essential)
  • Electronics design in a highly regulated industry (Desirable)
  • Experience in firmware design for STM32 microcontrollers (Desirable)
  • EMC design and test experience (Desirable)
  • Experience of firmware unit testing; preferably using Tessy (Desirable)
