Duties of a Junior Maintenance Technician
As a proven Engineer, you will be required to operate our complex production plant, alongside undertaking preventive and first line maintenance activities.
Requirements of a Junior Maintenance Technician
You must have experience of operating complex production equipment where you have undertaken basic maintenance checks.
OR
Have recently completed your Maintenance Apprenticeship and keen to develop your maintenance skills further within a new engineering arena.
Alongside your experience you will ideally be apprentice trained but MUST be qualified Electrically and have (as a minimum) fault finding abilities with Plc Controls and ideally Robot technology.

Duties of a Calibration Engineer
Cover all aspects equipment calibration used within a high-tech industrial environment
Ensure calibration of all Torque Tightening Tooling
Planning and preparing and performing capability studies for tightening and Force Measurement systems
This will include static facilities and delivery and collection of equipment
All work to support internal and external audits
Commissioning of new tooling and product lines
Priorities your work schedule according to production requirements
Support breakdowns and production related stoppages
Requirements for a Calibration Engineer
AN Engineering qualification, ideally within Electrical Instrumentation and Control systems, or equivalent
Previous experience of tightening systems
PLC knowledge would be great, but not essential

Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
In charge of hands-on quality inspections for precision machined components and assemblies to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements as per ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
Utilize precise measuring equipment to verify that all aspects of parts and finished goods meet specified specifications.
