This global organisation are seeking a Technical Quality Manager to join their senior leadership team. Established for 80 year’s, they are part of a large International Group operating across the globe, and continue to move from strength to strength. As Technical Quality Manager, you will lead and manage the Quality and Regulatory Compliance Agenda across the business.
TECHNICAL QUALITY MANAGER ROLE BENEFITS:
Up to £45,000 salary
33 days holiday, inc Bank Holidays.
DUTIES OF THE TECHNICAL QUALITY MANAGER:
Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems and Food Safety Systems.
Responsible for all quality, compliance and legislative related issues.
Act as the primary contact for BRC and food safety related customer audits.
Define and own internal audit processes, ensuring an audit ready culture.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE TECHNICAL QUALITY MANAGER
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a strong knowledge of BRC requirements/standards
Ideally be Internal Auditor accredited and be HACCP 3 qualified.
Experience in dealing with regulatory agencies (BRC)
Ability to lead, coach and drive problem solving and resolution, with a strong technical knowledge.
