Experienced with: Hydraulics & Pneumatics / Gearboxes / Conveyor systems and Lifting equipment.
Electrical requirements: Fault finding abilities with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC’s, Motors, and Drives – AC & DC – Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Ideally you will hold experience within a Heavy Engineering Plant – Manufacturing Plant.
Keeping accurate records of activities and stores requisitions
Completing planned maintenance activities and installations
Supporting business projects when required
Attending meetings when require
Must be Apprentice trained.
Ideally holding a BTEC – ONC / HNC / NVQ Leve 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering

Mobility Product Demonstrator Salary and Benefits
Salary is dependent on experience
Company car (a new vehicle that is fully kitted out)
Commission – uncapped (pays on average £1,000 - £2,000 per month)
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
23 days holiday, increasing with service, plus statutory
Previous mobility product experience or similar would be useful but is no essential.
Take a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering the right solution for each customer.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate empathy with their customers.
Be able to understand the technical aspects of our vehicle adaptations (a level of self-learning is expected in addition to the comprehensive training provided), demonstrate the products effectively and comfortably in a manner that gives the customer the level of confidence they need.
Have good IT skills with competency in the MS Office Suite.
Be highly organised and self-motivated.
Have a clean driving licence.
Regular travel and ‘some’ over-night stays are required for this role.
Identify and fully understand the customer needs, whether at their home address, a mobility store or a car dealership.
Demonstrate the full range of vehicle adaptations offered by the Company.
Complete all paperwork accurately and in the required timescales.
Attend shows and exhibitions when required.
Demonstrate a technical understanding and ability to learn the technical aspects of each product.

Maintenance Electrician Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and install all electrical machinery.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
Complete maintenance work orders, use of CMMS systems
Be able to communicate at all levels throughout the business.
The individual has to be flexible as there is a call out every other weekend.
Maintenance Electrician Requirements:
Ideally the individual will hold relevant experience within a Plastics / Blow moulding environment.
Previous experience within a Maintenance Electrician role
To hold abilities with Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC’s - Fault finding abilities
To have worked with both Hydraulics & Pneumatics
AC / DC Motors / Drives experience

Set and Operator Press Brake Machines
CNC Press Brakes
Conduct regular Quality checks
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
Following internal processes
Working from Engineering drawings
Use of measuring equipment
Press Brake Setter Operator Requirements:
Experience with Setting and Operating CNC Press Brake machines
To have the ability to read engineering drawings
Previous knowledge of Trumpf machines would be highly beneficial, though not essential
Good manual dexterity
Experience of use of measuring equipment
A good practical awareness of lean manufacturing and understanding 5S activities
