The Role:
Working as part of the maintenance team you will be required to undertake planned and reactive maintenance to a range of plant and equipment, within a process plant environment.
We are keen to employ a post maintenance apprentices, who are keen to continue their development into a fully-fledged Maintenance Technician and are willing to continue both your on the job training in plant and equipment.
The Skills Required:
You must have completed either a modern or advanced modern maintenance apprenticeship within either manufacturing process or production environment and hold either an electrical or mechanical bias to your skill base.
The Return on offer:
Negotiable Base Salary of £22,000 - £26,000 Plus Paid Overtime, Company Pension & Excellent Holiday Entitlement and Genuine mentoring, support and training to able you to develop into a fully-fledged Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician.

The candidate will be working within a small and dynamic team on a range of technically innovative projects for blue chip developers and major companies.
An accredited training package may be offered to enable the successful candidate to progress towards professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum 3 years minimum experience in the design of public health (sewerage and water mains) and utility infrastructure or building services projects.
- Fully proficient with contemporary 3D AutoCAD software.
- Working experience of BIM/Revit would be of a considerable advantage but is not essential for this role.
Hours:
- £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
- 37.5 hours a week, 5 days per week
- 9.00am till 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch

We are a well-respected employer who are seeking to recruit an experienced “Hands On” Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our established maintenance team.
As the Shift Maintenance Supervisor, you will be working with a team of Maintenance Technicians and will be required to undertake both planned and reactive multi skilled maintenance technician activities across our plant, whilst also being responsible for delegating PM tasks to your shift team, ordering pares and managing contractors coming onto site.
As a Proven Maintenance Supervisor, you will ideally be apprentice trained however must hold either formal Electrical or Mechanical qualifications in your chosen discipline, with preference given to candidates who hold qualifications in BOTH disciplines. You really must hold a true multi skilled Maintenance Supervisor ability to succeed in the role and have previous experience of leading a team, managing contractors and ordering spares.
For an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, we offer a starting salary £38,000 Plus Paid Overtime at Premium Rates & Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Company Pension & Enhanced Company Sick Pay.

We are seeking to recruit a proven Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager to lead our plant maintenance and reliability team to in our operation within the London region.
As Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager you will on a daily basis you will be responsible for a multi-disciplined team of maintenance engineers undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance tasks to our specialist plant and equipment, that will require you on occasions to provide a “hands on” input.
You will be required to manage plant breakdown situations, planned maintenance activity, onsite contractors, critical spares and plan capex plant related projects, whilst also being fully aware of health & safety legislation.
You must be qualified either electrically or mechanically and hold a multi-skilled ability having gained your experience of Engineering Management supporting teams of engineers within a heavy engineering environment such as chemical processing, oil refineries, quarrying, recycling, power generation, steel works or within a heavy plant overhaul support organisation.
In return for your skills and experience we offer a negotiable annual salary of £50,000 - £62,000, company pension, excellent holiday entitlement and private healthcare.
