Experience The Maintenance Team leader Will Hold:
Time Served with experience in a Manufacturing / FMCG Environment.
Holding a formal qualification in Mechanical or / and electrical engineering
Previous experience within a team leader / Supervisor role
Multi-skilled – holding Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge.
Holding good Planning / Management / organisational skills.
Driven Continuous improvement.
Experienced with Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electrical Control systems.
Knowledge of Cutting and Grinding
Experienced with Fault finding and Problem Solving
Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate maintenance activities.
Assist with installation of the new plant equipment.
Carry out Factory inspections, Providing Support to the production operatives.
Carry out all planned maintenance on site.
Attend Management meetings and provided reports on daily activities.
Support Current and new members of the team – Support the Training and Development
Maintenance Team leaders’ position is commutable from the following locations: Rotherham / Barnsley / Doncaster

Experience The Maintenance Manager Will Hold:
Qualified in Electrical and / or Mechanical engineering.
Health & Safety focused, IOSH Managing Safety Required
Experienced Maintenance Manager with a Proven Track record in Leading and support a Maintenane Team.
Experienced with using Management systems – CMM’s.
Holding good Planning / Management / organisational skills.
Driven Continuous improvement.
Prove experience in Delivering improvements through preventative maintenance programmes.
Experience in Managing and developing site systems.
Duties:
Manage and co-ordinate maintenance activities across the site.
Identify and suggest improvements to the manufacturing and quality processes.
Assist with the installation of new plant equipment.
Promote Lean thinking and actively look for ways to improve efficiencies.
Carry out factory inspections, giving advice and support to production operatives and other personnel as relevant.
Monitoring quality from raw material to finished goods.
Ensure all new starters are efficiently inducted and trained.
Develop and drive the culture of the business.
Support the development of new employees.
Attend management meetings providing new ideas / Plans.
