Experience with Service Engineer will hold & Requirements:
Ideally holding a multi-skilled background – electrically biased 70/30 split
Proven electrical and mechanical abilities
Experienced with Maintaining a range of Overhead Cranes.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Organise Crane Maintenace Activities
Experience in electrical and mechanical installation work.
Knowledge of PPM systems and reports generation.
Previous experience within a Similar position / Proven experience with Cranes – Overhead Cranes.
Ideally, we are looking for an Apprentice trained engineer / holding a formal qualification in engineering.
Ideally holding their 17th / 18th Wiring regulations
EITB Certificate would be at an advantage.

Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Strong fault- finding abilities with Allen Bradley & Siemens S7 PLC’s
Experience with: Motors and Drives / Inverters / Single and 3 Phase systems.
Confident with both Hydraulics & Pneumatics / Bearings / Fluid systems / Steam systems / Press Machinery / Conveyor systems
Experienced with Motor testing.
We are ideally looking for the individual to hold a 60/40 Split – electrically biased.
Welding and machining experience would be at an advantage.
Previous experience within a Textiles / Manufacturing environment.
Maintenance Electrician Requirements:
We are looking for an Apprentice trained engineer.
Holding a ONC / City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical engineering
Also holding their 18th IEE Wiring regulations.
Flexibility is key as there will also be a call out Rota in place – rotating Weekly.

Travel requirements:
80% of our work is UK based. For general service work, prob a couple of nights a week dependant on the customer location.
20% of our work can be world-wide and this tends to be commissioning. Normal stay time for commissioning and training is a couple 2-3Weeks.

Training
The electrical service engineer will be responsible for the following and will hold the following experience:
Carry out any requests for service, calibration, commissioning, and client training in the UK and worldwide from management, service department manager, sales, projects, and technical department.
Assist the company to fulfil all contract requirements relating to existing customers with service contracts and future customers.
Provide rapid response quotations for spares (as required) and any remedial or extra service work relating to site visits and health checks.
Wherever possible assist in the pre-delivery testing of equipment and control panels in line with our company quality and safety systems.
Work within a safe manner
Carry out both Electrical and mechanical duties / requirements on site.
Ideally the right individual will hold Experience within Food / Manufacturing Environments
