Process Engineer Duties:
Development of new and current manufacturing processes and improving efficiencies, utilisation, and reduction / elimination of all waste forms
Lead and participate with the project teams for all process related activities form initial ideas to implementation of processes, including costs and budget controls
Creation of Project plans to determine improvement activities
Keep on top of technological developments in process engineering
Selection of equipment suppliers
Writing validation protocols and validation reports
Product specification, equipment, and service requirements
New product introduction
Process Engineer Requirements:
Process Engineering experience is essential
Time study analysis
You will have gained your knowledge from preferably a modern manufacturing environment
Extensive knowledge of Lean tools and techniques
To have the ability to travel, both here in the UK and overseas (Europe, USA, and Asia)
Good knowledge of statistics
An excellent problem solver
The Process Engineer role is commutable from: Coventry, Leamington Spa, Redditch, Tewksbury, Banbury, Worcester and Birmingham

Duties of a Maintenance Technician
As a proven Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within either a fast-paced manufacturing, process or production environment.
Requirements of a Maintenance Technician
Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must be qualified Electrically, however you must be multi skilled in your abilities. Having gained your Maintenance experience from supporting plant and equipment within a fast paced manufacturing, process or production environment.
The role is commutable from Alcester, Evesham, Stratford upon Avon and Worcester
