CNC Miller Setter/Operator

Salary and benefits of a CNC Miller Setter/Operator:

• £28,500 - £32,000
• Overtime paid at time and a half

Specific Role & Responsibilities for the CNC Setter/Operator:

• Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines using Fanuc controls
• Follow tooling sheets accurately.
• Maintain high standards and tight tolerances, ability to check dimensions.
• Adhere to quality standards, checking work with various instruments.
• Submit parts for first offs.
• Assist in improving the 5s organisation of the team area. 

Required Skills for a CNC Miller Setter/Operator:

• Experience using CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls.
• Proficient in using various inspection equipment, including micrometers, verniers, and plug gauges.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and engineering drawings.
• Ability to produce components to drawing tolerance and specifications efficiently and accurately.
