CNC Miller Programmer / Setter / Operator

Salary and benefits of a CNC Programmer /Setter Operator:

  • £33,000
  • Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 15:30.
  • Company pension

Specific Role & Responsibilities for the CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator:

  • Program using CAD software (AutoCAD, however any CAD package experience will suffice)
  • Set up and operate CNC Milling machines (multiple axis) 
  • Make tooling changes and adjustments to programs as needed.
  • Have the ability to quality check parts as they come off the CNC machines. 

Required Skills for a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator:

  • Programming is a must. Preferable to have 5 years minimum experience however with the right qualifications/apprenticeship they will consider less hands-on experience.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
