Duties:

  • Lead team in preparation of Control Plans and support D/PFMEA reviews

  • Support supplier APQP and supplier development and improvement
  • Internal and external audits
  • Support launch
  • Provide support to Project Management for the manufacture and introduction of test and gauging equipment
  • Capability studies and ISIR’S
  • Support design reviews
  • You will be the focal point for customer / internal and supplier for all quality and engineering issues

Requirements:

  • Quality Engineering experience gained from within the automotive sector
  • Degree / HND / HNC / IQA or equivalent
  • Experience of customer and automotive industry systems
  • Good working knowledge of PPAP,s ,APQP and Capability Studies
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • A customer focussed approach
  • Supplier and customer liaison
