  • Manage all data and communication between plant and customer
  • Review customer call off and demand in line with forecast
  • Download customer schedules and provide analysis of customer schedules and highlight variances
  • Customer interface for MP & L issues and deliveries
  • Working closely with Production to understand product availability
  • Liaise with Material Planning regarding material requirements
  • Control customer packaging levels
  • Control of SAP master data and ensure stock optimisation


  • You will have gained your relevant experience from within a high- volume manufacturing environment
  • Strong MRP operational skills, preferably SAP but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills, MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be required to take a lead role on all HSE duties across the business, working closely with departments and assisting line managers to understand their goals and accountabilities in relation to HSE.

Salary and Hours


  • £40,000 - £50,000, dependant on experience and what you can bring to the role
  • 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Role Purpose

The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for driving Health, Safety and Environment awareness across the business. The successful candidate will need to provide professional health, safety and environmental advice to both client sites, ensuring that risks are effectively identified, managed and monitored. This role is designed to add value, by coaching managers and employees to engage in sound HSE working practices and identifying areas of improvement within the Company.

Person Specification


  • Previous hands-on experience as a Health & Safety Advisor / Health & Safety Manager within a manufacturing environment. Engineering experience would be highly advantageous
  • An understanding of chemical use, COSHH, PUWER and DSEAR
  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Membership of IOSH (minimum Chartered), and to be fully conversant with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
  • Strong practical understanding of relevant UK Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
  • Ability to lead and make decisions, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence at all levels and the ability to analyse and report data effectively
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, able to adapt and respond to change, and to demonstrate ability to achieve objectives and exceed expectations

Key Responsibilities


  • The Health & Safety Manager will encourage innovative ways of working and challenging existing operational practices to continually enhance and drive HSE excellence. Supporting the creation and delivery of strategic HSE activities and supporting the delivery and revision of key site documentation
  • Responsible for frontline HSE advice across the site, owning and driving a culture of safety onsite and motivating, coaching and encouraging all personnel in HSE matters
  • To assist in ensuring that the business operates within its environmental permits and other permissions and that significant breaches and risks are brought to the company’s attention. Monitor and update the key schedules where specified
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual company HSE reports for Directors/Senior Management. Manage critical suppliers’ audits and internal processes to minimise HSE risk

Production Operatives

Job Purpose

To slit and perforate rolls of media into specified dimensions for further conversion and or printing according to the production plan and product specifications

Key responsibilities and accountabilities for this Production Operatives role:

  • Loading media onto perforating machines
  • Unloading media from perforating machine and package for onward production or despatch
  • Batch coding, boxing, and labelling media
  • Quality control checks at agreed stages of production
  • Adhering to a timed production plan

The Role

  • Client is looking for an Estimator who will be responsible for designing, specifying and pricing adequate products in response to client enquiries.
  • The Estimator will also be required to meet client expectations by ensuring prompt replies to queries, utilising all the information provided, implementing information gathered from design/site meetings and meeting site delivery dates.   
  • You will need to communicate effectively during a handover meeting with your appointed project team to ensure correct drawings are produced on time and in accordance with your design.

Personal Specification

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a construction Estimator role or similar
  • Proven ability reading construction drawings and extract relevant information efficiently
  • Solid knowledge & understanding of the construction process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Follow up schedules with customers via phone calls and emails to build relationships with key contacts.

Requirements of a Reliability Centred Maintenance Manager 

  • Ideally you will have climbed the maintenance ladder but must have a proven background in critiquing data that relates to OEE, MTBF & MTTR.
  • You really need to Excel with Excel to succeed in the role and be comfortable in presenting technical data at board level. 
  • Allied to your data analysis experience, you must also have a background in running PM, planning plant shutdown activity and CAPEX related projects, alongside managing and mentoring a multi-disciplined maintenance team within a complex manufacturing, process or production environment.
  • Academically ideally you will hold a Degree within an engineering discipline, however consideration will be given to suitably experienced candidates that are qualified to an HND standard.
