Duties of an CNC Maintenance Technician

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising our multi-axis CNC technology. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on our CNC systems.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues to minimise downtime.
  • Conducting repairs and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.
  • Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.

Requirements of a CNC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Apprenticeship-trained with both electrical and mechanical qualifications.
  • Proven experience in maintaining multi-axis CNC technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to maintenance.
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.
